IngeniousPeoplesKnowledge is a small consulting firm with strong experiences in international cooperation and public service. I-P-K is specialised in the fields of Knowledge Management and Change Management, Indigenous and Traditional Knowledge, Education and Human Rights. We advise and support governmental institutions, non-governmental organisations as well as the private sector. We have strong skills in organising, designing and facilitating workshops and training events in these fields.

Our mission and passion is to explore crossovers of different fields, disciplines and themes and to harness those potentials and opportunities to the best of institutions, organisations and the society.

		We intersect knowledge management with human rights, and look for conditions in which people unfold their ingenuity and perform.
				We combine insights from the work with indigenous peoples with that in corporate organisations and discover the innovative potentials buried at the edges of these social institutions.
	We look at indigenous education approaches and realise the striking similarity with the proclamations of contemporary pedagogy – do we rediscover ancient wisdoms of teaching as being most modern?
			We apply human rights to organisational development and gain clarity, structure, coherence and determination.
